Orvelte

The village of Orvelte is at least 1,000 years old. As early as the Middle Ages, farming families lived in this area. The farmhouses are over 200 years old. In 1967, Orvelte was designated a protected village conservation area. The village and its farms have been restored and arranged to reflect life as it was in the year 1832.
