Cow horn

Lebeau cut these objects, jewels such as rings, buckles and tie clips from cow horn. Note his perfectionism in the sleek shapes and shiny surface. He even converted a foot-driven sewing machine into a polishing machine to make the objects completely smooth. This way he achieved the ideal result he was always looking for. In addition to this jewellery, Lebeau also made other objects, such as pendants, letter openers and modelling sticks. Occasionally he used bone instead of horn.
